Škoda Mobil is the company newspaper for Škoda Auto employees, published monthly and presenting up-to-date information on what is happening at Škoda Auto and the Volkswagen Group. The regular columns focuses on employees, innovations and interesting projects from within the company, current information from Škoda Motorsport and many other topics.

Skoda Supplements

Škoda Mobil, the employee newspaper of the Mladá Boleslav-based carmaker, includes special supplements that focus on especially important topics from Škoda's perspective. Supplements can be a part of the newspaper, in the same format as the newspaper, inserted, for example, in the form of a flyer, or they can be stand-alone unique magazines in a specific format, such as supplements dedicated to new models, the brand's historical anniversaries, or other important information from the company's environment.

Škoda Proud
The year 2025 was an exceptional one for Škoda Proud. The group strengthened its
impact in the DEI area and reaffirmed the importance of its role in building an open work
environment. The employee group expanded significantly – 80 new members joined
during the year, reflecting growing trust and interest in creating an inclusive work
environment. Škoda Proud is open to everyone – both LGBTQ+ employees and allies
(supporters).
o Prague Pride Festival: networking, picnic in Pride Village,
participation in the Pride Parade through Prague
o Company gathering at Škoda Auto – a gathering of 25
colleagues from Novartis, Plzeňský Prazdroj and Amazon
o Fun&Run: charity run against homophobia
o Awareness campaigns: Movember (fund-raiser to
support men’s health) and World AIDS Day
o Beer and a chat: regular informal get-togethers
o Hiking trips: Jizera Mountains, Kokořínsko
o More than 10 educational activities (webinars on
same-sex partnerships, legislative changes in the Czech
Republic and LGBTQ+ Friendly Employer standards)
o Collaboration on internal Company campaigns
o Lectures at vocational schools, universities and
companies
o Collaboration with Pride Business Forum, Prague Pride
and Transparent
