Skoda Supplements

Škoda Mobil, the employee newspaper of the Mladá Boleslav-based carmaker, includes special supplements that focus on especially important topics from Škoda's perspective. Supplements can be a part of the newspaper, in the same format as the newspaper, inserted, for example, in the form of a flyer, or they can be stand-alone unique magazines in a specific format, such as supplements dedicated to new models, the brand's historical anniversaries, or other important information from the company's environment.

Last year, Škoda Auto participated in an independent

ESG rating organised by the Faculty of Business

Administration at the University of Economics in

Prague and ranked among the top ten companies in

the Czech Republic in the area of sustainable

development.

ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) rating is a

comprehensive approach to evaluating companies that

encompasses environmental sustainability, social

responsibility and governance quality. Diversity, equity

and inclusion (DEI) are key elements of the social pillar.

In the ‘Company’ category, Škoda Auto scored 93%.

The average benchmark for all participating companies

in the ESG rating reached a total score of 61% in the

social category.

Škoda Auto’s overall rating for the sub-categories of

diversity, equity and inclusion achieved an above-

average score of 100%.
