Skoda Supplements

Škoda Mobil, the employee newspaper of the Mladá Boleslav-based carmaker, includes special supplements that focus on especially important topics from Škoda's perspective. Supplements can be a part of the newspaper, in the same format as the newspaper, inserted, for example, in the form of a flyer, or they can be stand-alone unique magazines in a specific format, such as supplements dedicated to new models, the brand's historical anniversaries, or other important information from the company's environment.

At Škoda Auto a.s., nearly 17,000 colleagues

participated in the myVOICE survey, representing an

excellent 51% participation rate.

Even more encouraging is the result of the so-called

Engagement Index, which consists of three questions

focused on employee motivation, self-fulfilment and

employer attractiveness. It achieved an excellent result

of 84% positive responses on a 5-point scale (Strongly

agree | Agree | Somewhat agree | Disagree | Strongly

disagree).

Diversity and inclusion achieved some of the best

results in the internal survey, confirming their strong

roots in the Company culture.

At the same time, employee feedback highlights areas

for further development, particularly in understanding

the benefits of diversity, balanced communication and

sensitively tailoring support for different groups.
