Skoda Supplements

Škoda Mobil, the employee newspaper of the Mladá Boleslav-based carmaker, includes special supplements that focus on especially important topics from Škoda's perspective. Supplements can be a part of the newspaper, in the same format as the newspaper, inserted, for example, in the form of a flyer, or they can be stand-alone unique magazines in a specific format, such as supplements dedicated to new models, the brand's historical anniversaries, or other important information from the company's environment.

WomeN@Work
WomeN@Work was founded in 2024 as the third employee group at Škoda
Auto. The group primarily focuses on key topics related to women’s career
development, intergenerational dialogue, parenthood, work-life balance and
meaningful leisure activities. Although the main focus is on supporting
women, men are welcome in this group as allies.

o Expert discussion with psychologist Tomáš Mertin on the topic of the ‘Sandwich generation’
o In-person meeting with a female manager in Kvasiny, combined with a tour of the production plant
